Eat Smart Products Weight Tracker & BMI Digital Bathroom Scale Product Review

This post is sponsored by Eat Smart Products and no other compensation has been given.

I have been working my butt off the last 6 weeks. I am right at the end of two local weight loss challenges. One ends on the 14th and one ends on the 21st. I am ready for them to end, but in a way, I am not. I am enjoying the routine and the progress I have been making! I even took progression photos of the last couple of weeks. I was not expecting to share them because, well, they are just not flattering!

Thankfully, my history with Eat Smart products has provided me with another bathroom scale. This has been very well used as I track myself everyday, but only log in my "official" weight once a week. I have also been keeping track of my BMI and I am proud to say that this is down!

I have reviewed a few of the Eat Smart bathroom scales over the years and I think this one is my favorite out of all of them.

This is my favorite scale because it is not clear! I was having issues with a prev…

Working It Out On Sunday

Sunday was a workout in our condo clubhouse. I am not a fan of the clubhouse. The remodeled it earlier in the year and I figured it would be nicer, and in a way, it is. But the treadmills and bikes are all old crap. Anyways, before I get into another rant of how much I hate something, I'll just get to my workout.

The BF worked out on the recumbent bike for about 20 minutes then did some weights and then went back to the bike for 10-15 more minutes. I did a mile on the treadmill.Speed was 5.0 with a 3.0 incline.

I then did the some free weights. I worked my arms so much that my arm muscles are toast a half hour later. They are very shaky.

I got back onto the treadmill and did 2 more miles messing with the incline and speed. From 3.0-5.0 incline and speed from 5.0-7.0.

I listened to my ipod the whole time as the lady on the treadmill next to me was watching a PBS sewing program, but thankfully decided to turn it to River Monsters. The BF appreciated her for that.

One of my new favorite songs to listen to while working out is Drowning Pool with Rob Zombie - The Man Without Fear.

During this song is where I kicked up the treadmill to 7.0 for a quarter mile.

I made sure to spend quite a bit of time after stretching and cooling down while drinking a purple powerade zero.Of course I am dehydrated a bit as I had 2 Saturday night G&T's and will be having some wine with dinner tonight at the BF's moms house.

What is one of your fav songs to listen to? I repeated the song above, which I love, along with Babes In Toyland's Real Eyes for most of my last mile today.

What's on the dinner menu for tonight? We are having Chili. Yum.

  1. I think you are awesome b/c you too listen to Rob Zombie while running!! There's just something about the "Living dead girl" song!! Anyways, I'm a blogger from Pullman, WA and wondered if you were planning on doing any of the races in Spokane, WA in 2012? I realize that's a big drive for you, but closer than Seattle... :)
