Day 2

Today is the 2nd day of 2012 and I completed my 2 workout of the year.

This may or may not last 3 days in a row -I have to work tomorrow :-(

I did some squats and lunges with BOTH of my 12 pound dumbbells. The BF's son took one of my weights to his moms house. Why? IDK but I am glad to have MY set together!

Let's see, I did 3 or 4 reps of sumo squats, 2 reps of lunges, 2 sets of calf raises off the stairs, 3 or 4 sets of thrusters. I also did a few arm curls, triceps extensions, and some deltoid work. I better do some ab work to make it a full body day.

After that, I got the BF to go over to the clubhouse with me and we stayed there for about an hour. I walked/jogged at different inclines for 3 miles. My right hamstring is TIGHT!

I like this treadmill because it has the fans, but I don't really like how close it is to the TV. I mean, while watching Man Vs. Food, you could totally help Adam eat some of those things.

I did a little stretching and a few bench presses and stuff before coming home.

It is lunch time for sure!

I am thinking of switching to Wordpress as some have been doing the last few months. Is is a good idea?
