Teton Dam Marathon Review

On the 2nd of June, I woke up at 4am to make a 3 hour drive to eastern Idaho for the Teton Dam Marathon. I did the 5K.

Did I mention I woke up at 4am to make a 3 hour drive. Yeah, not the best idea for legs to be in PR shape. My leggies were stiff and at 1100 more feet of elevation then at home, it was a slow trot for sure. No PR attempt this trot, that's for sure.

I woke up at 4am (my normal wake up time is 8am - 10am depending on the day) so that early is  painful. I had everything all packed and ready the evening before- brekky, post-race clothes, snacks, and a full tank of gas for the long drive. All I had to do was make coffee and head out. I didn't even brush my teeth before I left. Coffee first.

The drive was nice and not a lot of traffic for a Saturday morning. I don't know the last time I have been to Rexburg, but it was easy to find the race start. I thought the race started at 8am, but that was the 10K. The 5K started at 8:30am and I got there to get my bib at …

PB Crave Review & Giveaway!

My friend is hosting a dB Drag at Hooters on Saturday at Noon. I will be down there post-half-marathon #4 getting my recovery on in my sexy compression socks and slippers, eating wings and drinking beer with all the boys. I may or may not have #SweatPink laces with me to giveaway at both locations - but if you see me, say Hi!

Now, on to the good stuff.

PB Crave sent me four of their flavors to try. PB Crave is an all natural peanut butter with a twist.

Holy cats. This stuff is good.

My household (or really, just myself) eats a lot of PB. I use a spoon of it in my oatmeal, on toast before a run, on sandwiches to take along on hikes, mixed in a post-run protein shake, and on fruit like bananas and apple slices. This PB Crave, well, I was eating it out of the jar with a spoon it was so freakin good. Straight. Out. Of. The. Jar.

Eating only peanut butter for dinner tonight is perfectly acceptable, right?

PB Crave has four super tasty flavors. Cookie Nookie, Razzle Dazzle, CoCo Bananas, and Choco Choco.

Since I can't share my jars with you since I put my spoon into all of them and going to nom them all by myself, PB Crave is giving one of you a chance to win your own CoCo Bananas Variety Pack! That is right! One lucky blog reader is going to get all 3 flavors below!

If you don't want to wait to win, you can purchase PB Crave online2% of each jars profits go to Project Peanut Butter to help malnourished children.
