The Millennial's Guide To Changing The World Review

This post is sponsored by The Millennial's Guide To Changing The World book by Allison Sher.

I was given a digital copy of this book. I thought that it would be good to read, even though I am a Gen X'er. There is just so much talk about the Millennial's right now that I thought that it would be good to get to know what is going on inside their head.

About the Book  The Millennial's Guide to Changing the World teaches young people everything they need to know to change the world, while building a happy, healthy adult life for themselves. It explains how our current social systems work, the challenges young people are inheriting and how millennials can step into our power to create a critical mass conversion to solve them. Everything from politics to spirituality to love relationships to education to sex to economics to mental health is covered. And it includes 50 or so juicy, true life stories from millennials across the country…

Crum Creek Review & Special Offer

I have something special for you.

Crum Creek recently sent me a selection of some goodies available on their website. The Crum Creek Superb Sesame Soy Bites, Crum Creek Almond Biscuties, Go Raw Live Granola Bar and a Oskri Coconut Bar Dark Chocolate.

Crum Creek is an online store with an awesome selection of healthy food & drinks, health & beauty items, supplements, and recipes.

From their site -

It all started in 1995 with Dr. Ara Yeramyan, a gourmet cook and scientist with a passion for inventing delicious, nutritious foods. He created our Crum Creek Mills soy products out of his kitchen, making the everyday foods you love only better.  After delighting his family and friends with his creations, he taped his desire to share his healthy foods with the world and brought Crum Creek to life.

We began selling our soy products in 2000, and over the years have developed a circle of customers and friends who love our foods.  As we have become part of the natural products and nutrition community, we have discovered many other great products that complement our foods and our customers’ lifestyles.  In 2011, we expanded Crum Creek to include many of the products you see in our online store.

The 4 items that they sent me.
The Soy Bites.
I really enjoyed all of the snacks. I would buy all of these on my own, and even give some of the other things on the website a try. The Soy Bites were good on their own, but I would have loved to have dipped them in some hummus if I had any in my house. The Go Raw bar was impressive (look at the ingredients on the link. The taste were excellent) and a perfect on the go snack. The Oskri Coconut Dark Chocolate bar was yum! If you like Mounds, well this is just like that. But with no trans fat, gluten free, lactose free, vegan, kosher, and halal. The Biscuties are as they say, habit forming. Light, thin, tasty, and crunchy. Perfect with my afternoon coffee.

Crum Creek has a special deal for you! You can take 15% off on your first order of any size. The code is RUNBOISE15

You can visit Crum Creek on their website, Facebook, Twitter, and blog.
