Wello Review & Special Deal For You!

There is something fun that I want to share with you.

It is called Wello.

It is a website where you can workout with a trainer of your choice via computer. Kinda like a Skype for your workouts.

It is super easy and really fun. There is no excuses to getting a personal trainer anymore. No gym needed. Just you and your computer.

You log into to Wello.

Search for a trainer of your choice. You want yoga, bootcamp or pilates, a FitApproach #SweatPink workout, or something else?  A quick search will help you find what workout you want to do. What I actually liked the most is that you can get in a workout with whatever equipment your have available. If you only have a yoga mat, a full set of weights, or nothing at all, you can still get in a workout!

You can schedule a session for whenever you want. A workout during your lunch break in the office? Right after you got to your vacation destination? Do you want to have an online blogger online meet-up group workout in the future? Seriously, do you? Or you want to work out right now? Sure! When I was browsing trainers there was a someone available right then.

Then all you do is get to the site for when it is time for your session. You connect via webcams and your trainer is right there with you.

Wello has generously shared a code for 25% off for your own session with a trainer of your choice. Code is boise25

Code is available from July 25, 2012 - August 10, 2012.

If you happen to be a certified fitness professional, Wello is interested in you!

You can find Wello on their website, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest

Disclosure: I was sent this product at no cost for review purposes courtesy of FitApproach & Wello. No other compensation was given.  All opinions stated in this review are my own.

Lovidia is not a drug, and it doesn’t come with a long list of unpleasant  and poss…

Happy Birthday To Me

Happy Birthday to me.

You know how I celebrated the start of my birthday on midnight at work? (I actually am not taking my birthday off. Why can't all birthdays be on a weekend day?)

Burpees, pushups, squats, crunches. One for every year. So, I did 22 of each.

Ok, 24. ;-)

Sunday, for the BFs birthday, we had a shot of Wild Turkey. And our birthday shot (which I found out Vista Bar doesn't do free birthday shots - shame on them! Looks like Neurolux is my preferred birthday celebration location because I know they give free birthday shots) made me want to really enjoy another, but I refrained.

Actually, I think this weekend, I will be taking in a cocktail or 4 at the Modern.

I also made sure to sign up for lots of restaurants deals for birthday goodies this year because I like being a cheapskate. I like it when places give you a week (or all month) to use the goodies and not just on your birthday day. I don't want to go for a free b-day meal alone on my birthday at lunch, wh…

Kiss Me Organics Organic Dandelion Root Tea - With Hibiscus & Cinnamon Review

This post is sponsored by Kiss Me Organics and no other compensation was given.

I love Dandelion. They are not really a weed, but they have so many health benefits. The BF started eating them a few years ago. And he picked the first one this last week for me to eat. He has even gotten some of his guy friends to start picking them and eating them regularly. Serious! I am thankful for this tea because I don't have to eat them out of the yard, unless I want to. They are full of nothing but health. This tea tastes way better then a flower out in the yard!
