Today's Goal- Done!

Today's slog was right on target.

I needed to do this - 2 miles at 11:40. (A day late, but the smoke and heat was dreadful yesterday. My LR will be on Sunday instead of Saturday. That is how I will roll.)

 And so I did this 2.01 miles in 23:14.

Can I do this weekends 8 mile long run at this speed? Uh, my slackerness says no, but I just need to look at a previous run to know that I can do this.

The BF's family (Father & Step-mother from Vegas & Grandfather from NorCal) is in town this weekend, so it is going to be a little stressful fo' sho. So I HAD to splurge and got some bubbly to drink all by myself share.
