I have given this product a try and didn't do the max dose of 4 capsules because of my high coffee intake. I just did one. It did give me a nice boost of energy without the jitters and the flushing that some pre-workouts cause. I was able to push myself nicely during my hour+ workout.

  1. Happy New Year! I have been using a GNC pre-workout product that has citruline, beet root and L-arginine and I lie it. This looks quite similar.
