#BeFitAllYear BeFit Workouts, Weightloss & a Giveaway!

This February has been a total bummer in the workout department for me. I know I caught a cold bug when I went to WalMart the evening of February 1st. I was starting to get rid of it. Then I caught something else. I was sick with something for about 3 weeks of this month. It sucked. So all of my workouts were put on hold because of it. I lost a little bit of weight, but not from doing any workouts.

blah
Now as we move into March, things have changed. I think I have finally shaken off that bug and I can enjoy this lovely weather outside!

I was trying to start the BBG workouts this year but since I could not do the last few weeks, I am starting over on BBG1, week 1 on Feb. 29th.

I did get to enjoy the weather outside and do 4 fasted miles on Friday. I spent 4 hours chopping and sawing trees on our back lot on Thursday. I chopped until I could not grip the axe anymore. I had 4 days of DOMS in my HANDS! (We won't mention that my left upper ab muscle had a muscle cramp on me 3 times after I was done. I was doubled over with a charlie horse in my abs?!?! It was horrible. I though my ab was going to rip off my ribs. I upped my electrolytes, too!)

I also got put in touch with BeFit. BeFit is sponsoring this post and no other compensation was given. BeFit has created a whole-life, healthy living program that combines a workout calendar, workout videos, and nutritional supplements to help you live your healthiest lifestyle possible.

I got to start on the BeFit 30 days of workouts on YouTube. I wish I could have started these sooner but I was sick this whole month and working out wasn't working for me.

I really like these videos that are on YouTube. They are short but hella effective. BBG takes me about a half hour and I am toast. There are 10 Be Fit videos are around 10 minutes each and I can FEEL the burn in that time. I feel that these are really effective to get the heart rate up, burn some fat, tone some muscles, and help me on my renewed commitment of weight loss.
30 day fat burn plan
I have had to modify some of the moves because I want to focus on keeping good form and my weights might be a little heavy for some of the moves. (I only have a pair of 12lb dumbbells) But even on some of the arm moves without weights, the day after chopping wood, I was good and sore without additional weights.

A couple other things about doing this videos. I don't have any coordination for group exercise. But I am good with these. Even though I modify some of the moves, I can keep the tempo and not feel like I am having an Elaine moment during the workout. They are easy to follow. Also the girls in the video are fairly relateable.

Like I said earlier, BeFit also has a line of nutritional supplements to help you on your own healthy living program.

So far, all the the products have been great. I have enjoyed the taste of the chocolate protein. The pre-workout and the Burn work nicely without any of the annoying jitters.

I would like it if you joined in on the 30 day Fat Burn workouts with me. Also, if you wanted to try the BeFit supplements with me, that would be cool too. If you wanted to order, you can do so on their website here.

If you are feeling lucky and was hoping to win the Whey, the preworkout and the Burn, you can enter the Rafflecopter below.
