The Fitness Apps I Cannot Live Without

I have an iPhone and I really try to limit the apps that I have on my phone. I just don't like the clutter, especially when I can just visit the website just as easily. I only have 12 fitness apps on my phone.

My phone and Daniel Craig Naked

My top app I use daily is the Transform App. I am following the Iron Gym fitness and macro plan that is recommended for me through it. I bought a lifetime membership and am working on sticking with my fitness and healthful eating. And the difficulties of getting that gallon of water in everyday!  I love this app.

I love this app

Garmin Connect is important to me as I run with a Garmin watch, and with Garmin Connect, it syncs with a couple of different apps that I love.

I'm sure you got this app, too

I sync my Garmin with RunBet - its like a diet bet where you buy into the game and complete the prescribed runs and if you win, you split the pot with the other winners.

Such a fun app!

My Garmin also syncs with Achievement App.  You do health related things (tweet a health related post, walk with your phone, run with your Garmin, sync your fitbit, and lots more) and earn points that you can redeem for cash! Its a good little app that you sync up your devices and just forget about it. Go about your healthy ways. It will add up the points and before you know it, you have $10.00 to cash out.

SO easy to earn points!
I just found out about the Fleet Feet app. I don't have a lot of points yet. With this app, you can earn points that you can redeem for swag in the stores or contest entries. I think this is a great idea to keep everyone's favorite running store close at hand and you can even read about motivating stories and learn about local store events.

My miles so far
What apps do you have on your phone that you can't live without?

Quarantines and Earthquakes

Hi. How are you and your loved ones doing? Everyone safe and healthy? I hope everyone is illness free and has plenty of TP. :-)

The Stay at Home order isn't really affecting me too much. We work from home anyways, so its actually making us work more. I enjoy my house and my bed and I even signed up for Amazon Prime so I can watch more then what is on Netflix. We can't go out to eat in restaurants and we can't thrift store shop. I know, I know #FirstWorldProblems But I am thankful that I am in a relationship where I enjoy being around the person I am in a relationship with.

I have been ordering a Doordash or 2 a week. Doordash is a good thing and yet a bad thing. I can scroll and scroll and think about food, and even order it. It caters to this Taurus a little too well. I enjoy being at home, I like to eat, and I can make sure I tip the driver and make sure the restaurants can keep the lights on. I like to think of it as good karma.

Plus I can order DoorDash instead of suff…
