Buddha's Herbs WINGS Tea Review

I was recently contacted by Buddha's Herbs for a review of their products. I received no other compensation.

Buddha's Herbs is a family owned herbal supplement company committed to making quality products. They have a variety of products available including multi-vitamins and minerals, herbal teas, and herbal supplements.

From their website -
Their name and operations are motivated by the teachings of Buddha and its logo also signifies Buddha’s positive attitude towards life. When the Buddha was young, he learned the science of medicine. He became knowledgeable about the nature and cure of diseases. The Buddha’s realization of the perpetual cycle of rebirth and the stages of aging, illness, and death, enabled him to guide others to live a healthy life.
His pragmatic approach includes the insistence on proper hygiene and medicine, but more to the point, he never resorted to what might be considered "faith healing." Instead, he offered rational, practical instruction for dealing with both physical injury and mental illness. These golden words summarizes his teachings beautifully.
To keep the body in good health is a duty... otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.
Since its inception, the management has strived to make quality its hallmark and prides itself on being able to deliver High Quality Natural Products to our consumers at the most affordable prices. All its manufacturing facilities are GMP certified and this adherence to quality has helped Buddha’s Herbs grow at phenomenal rates in a very short span of time, earning the trust and love of thousands of satisfied customers.

See. I "picked" the tea.
I picked the WINGS tea to try out. Green tea with ginger, cinnamon, and cardamon sounded really good!
Wings Tea - Vintage Williams & Sonoma tea set
It was really good! I figured the herbal benefits of the warming herbs - cinnamon, cardamon and ginger would be stimulating and favorable.

I really liked it. I like some tea but not most. I am pretty picky about the ingredients - and I liked the ingredient list.

The tea had a light cinnamon taste. Nothing too Christmas-y and nothing too spicy. It was a very nice and mellow blend.

The products available online are backed by a money back guarantee. You can even get 10% off your first purchase - details are available on the bottom left of the website. I plan on getting more products later. Starting with the Melatonin since I have such a hard time sleeping.

You can connect with Buddha's Herbs on their website, blog, Facebook - where you can enter to win $100 gift voucher, Twitter, Pinterest, and Google+.

Have you tried any of the products from Buddha's Herbs? If not, do you see anything on the website that you would like to try?

Happy Birthday To Me

Happy Birthday to me. You know how I celebrated the start of my birthday on midnight at work? (I actually am not taking my birthday off. Why can't all birthdays be on a weekend day?) Burpees, pushups, squats, crunches. One for every year. So, I did 22 of each. Ok, 24. ;-) Sunday, for the BFs birthday, we had a shot of Wild Turkey. And our birthday shot (which I found out Vista Bar doesn't do free birthday shots - shame on them! Looks like Neurolux is my preferred birthday celebration location because I know they give free birthday shots) made me want to really enjoy another, but I refrained. Actually, I think this weekend, I will be taking in a cocktail or 4 at the  Modern . I also made sure to sign up for lots of restaurants deals for birthday goodies this year because I like being a cheapskate. I like it when places give you a week (or all month) to use the goodies and not just on your birthday day. I don't want to go for a free b-day meal alone on my birt

Quarantines and Earthquakes

Hi. How are you and your loved ones doing? Everyone safe and healthy? I hope everyone is illness free and has plenty of TP. :-) Don't remember where I found this at The Stay at Home order isn't really affecting me too much. We work from home anyways, so its actually making us work more. I enjoy my house and my bed and I even signed up for Amazon Prime so I can watch more then what is on Netflix. We can't go out to eat in restaurants and we can't thrift store shop. I know, I know #FirstWorldProblems But I am thankful that I am in a relationship where I enjoy being around the person I am in a relationship with. From a Buzzfeed post a bit ago I have been ordering a Doordash or 2 a week. Doordash is a good thing and yet a bad thing. I can scroll and scroll and think about food, and even order it. It caters to this Taurus a little too well. I enjoy being at home, I like to eat, and I can make sure I tip the driver and make sure the restaurants can keep the light

New Race Plans

Ugh. Is there anyone that does not have a canceled race yet? I am seriously glad that we are all together in the pain of this. I got word on Thursday that my Race to Robie Creek half marathon is canceled and won't be happening the 3 Saturday in April. I am sad because this is the only race I care about all year. My email about the race But then I got an email for my St. Patty's Day 5K on Saturday the 14th is still on, but without water stops and post-race snacks. My email from Thursday That is totally cool. I never drink water in the middle of 5Ks so its no big deal to me. On Friday night I was prepping for the morning. I decided to confirm on the website the start time. Website Notification Oh, look. Its canceled. Did I get an email about this? It went to my spam folder so it was there and they did let us know. They were gonna still mark the course, so I did appreciate that. I had pulled my green race outfit out of storage and I just purchased a new gre
