Hey there!

I am a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Idaho Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Smoking Cessation Facilitator with the American Lung Association and American Cancer Society. I am also a Certified Bartender. I am Boise girl currently "On Tour" to other parts of the great state of Idaho and beyond. Technically, I'm Running In Idaho, but that's another post.

I'm fairly new to the whole running thing. Running the Seattle Marathon was my New Years Resolution in 2011. Starting from ZERO miles and ZERO athleticism on January, to finishing a Marathon in November, I feel is pretty bad ass.

I also went on to complete two 50K Ultramarathons in my "running career." All of my races are listed on the Slogs tab.

I am currently a member of Team Beef Idaho since 2013.

I am a 2016 Pearl Izumi Champion Team Member, and Fitsok Ambassador.

Winner of the 2015 $20,000 Magic Valley YMCA Weight Loss Challenge.
$10,000 heavier after losing 70ish pounds!

See you at the finish line!
